Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Mālama Maunalua.

Mālama Maunalua is fueled by dedicated volunteers, from school children to seniors. We invite everyone to join us in taking care of the bay.

Here's how to get involved:

1. REQUIRED ANNUALLY: Safety & Waiver Form

Its renewal time! Every volunteer--new or old-- needs to complete their waiver for this next year at this time. Mahalos!

If you need to check that your waiver is current, feel free to email or call the office.

2. REQUIRED ONCE: Volunteer Enrollment.

This form can also be submitted online in about 2 mins. It helps us get to know a new volunteer's interests, track their email preferences, emergency contact information, and volunteer hours (very important for our grants).

Please submit this prior to volunteering.

3. EACH EVENT: Please Sign-Up in advance.

Signing-in before an event helps us reduce paper usage and enables us to get started more quickly the day-of.

It also ensures that our records are more accurate as we frequently have difficulty deciphering sign-in sheet handwriting, and thus are not at times able to stay in touch with people who had indicated they wanted to be kept in the loop.
