1) Pole and line fish from anywhere (even with multiple lines) EXCEPT over the

For Boaters AND Jet Skiers:

|
…it is NOT okay to:
|
|
| 1) Disregard signage/rules of the ‘road’ |

6) Use explosives, electrocution, poisons (e.g. chlorine), or firearms to fish. While you won’t
likely ever see these activities directly, DOCARE provided us some warning signs of indicative
behavior once back on shore, e.g. quickly bringing a SCUBA tank or briefcase directly from a
boat to a truck, or immediately leaving the scene in a hurry without cleaning or washing their
gear. If you see these signs it is worthwhile to call DOCARE. These are felonies. |
